Upperton – Custom Hillside Home

Perched on a 50-degree incline in Mount Washington, this home began as a steep, untouched slope that many contractors refused to take on. We engineered a solution using 24 deep caissons and 16-foot metal posts, allowing the structure to float above the hillside like a treehouse.
