ARIA – Luxury Community Development

Designed to be a Vegas-inspired residential community, this 15-lot, 10-acre project aimed to bring luxury living to Riverside. We executed full infrastructure development, creating a high-end foundation for a vibrant new neighborhood.
✔ Built complete infrastructure, including streets, curbs, and utility connections
✔ Installed CMU block walls, graded land, and planted 50 palm trees
✔ Designed grand entrance features with three custom fountains
✔ Executed multiple design iterations to match the client’s vision
✔ Project halted due to ownership issues, but remains a valuable learning experience
