Sinneloa – Full Commercial Office Remodel

Located at 36 S Kinneloa Ave in Pasadena, this 10,000 sqft building was transformed from an outdated structure into a modern, functional workspace. The project included updating the exterior with drought-friendly landscaping and smooth stucco, and replacing windows with energy-efficient dual-pane glass. Inside, new metal framing, upgraded systems, and open layout improvements created a vibrant office environment complete with glass office doors, a stunning conference room, heavy-traffic flooring, and an integrated speaker system. The entire transformation was completed in just four months, delivered on time, on budget, and built to last.
